We were incredibly pleased with Rudy and Anne. Rudy designed our kitchen (every inch of it) and manufactured our... cabinets. We had just bought a house and knew we had a great deal of work ahead of us, so we were anticipating a long and stressful road. With Rudy and Anne, just the opposite occurred. They were thoughtful, patient, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Rudy listened to our ideas and helped us find just the perfect match for our style and price range. Me and my wife chose "FengFa Kitchens and Bath Remodelling" for our condo kitchen renovation. We were mostly working... with Anne during initial planning and design phases and were very happy with the experience we had. Everything was done professionally in a timely manner, cost estimates were accurate, and several small issues along the way were promptly resolved. We also decided to go with the general contractor James who was recommended to us by FengFa Kitchens. It was also a pleasure to use his services. He addressed all the requirements we had and ensured that the work was of a high quality and performed according to the original plan. We had a great experience working with Anne at FengFa on our kitchen renovation. Anne was really great, as she offered... valuable advice and direction when we were working through the details of the design and colour selections. When it was time to install, Anne managed all of the contractors to ensure that our old kitchen was removed and the new kitchen was installed quickly and with minimal disruption to our family. We decided to embark on a kitchen remodel. We found Fengfa via Google and honestly decided to contact them because of... the reviews and because they were close and convenient. We're glad we did. We'd use them again. A+ Prices were fair if not better than fair compared to other places we quoted. Want the long details. Read on.The initial consultation was great. We knew this process was going to get complicated just because of the sheer amount of desires and options to choose from. But Anne was able to help guide us and give us her honest advice and opinion during the process and it was super helpful. Her experience was super valuable. She would be upfront when our ideas didn't work and recommended adjustments and options when she really felt it would work. In the end, remember YOU own the final decision. You could tell during the process she was really thinking about what would be the best layout, amount of drawers and she asked really good questions. It was like we were partners debating, learning and understanding how to merge her experience and practicality with our ambitions and desires for design. In the end, we took many of her suggestions and it worked out real nicely. (We came all Pinterest ready, maybe a little too much, but she brought us back down to reality, thank goodness)Rudy is also exceptional at what he did. His design and layout recommendations were spot on. We were super hesitant if an island was going to fit. Other online articles said no way, Rudy and Anne said it would work and was strongly advised. We mulled it over hard, and said well, let's trust them so we had to make that hard decision. So glad we made the right one. It wouldn't have looked complete without it.Were there hiccups during install, yes, were they disastrous, no. You're living in lala land if you think perfection comes in one pass. When we did have an issue, what they did do was fix any problems reasonable problems without any fuss. The service here was excellent.They were also super busy with clients and at times prior appointments before us ran late. I was ok with that, stuff happens, but at least you know they take more time with their customers rather than rushing them to make decisions. Some folks get angry about this, others see this as a good sign. If you need to be somewhere, let her know so that she understands it clearly.Also, to be honest, I think some customers today are just unreasonable with their expectations. Even worse some expectations aren't based on reality or experience. We noticed that some cabinets doors were a hair misaligned. I mean hair, you really have to be hunting for this to see the flaw. So was it perfect no, but it was within reality and 99.9% acceptable. For some this might bother them, that's fine, but pay more for a company that will spend 2 to 3 times the amount of time to entertain your definition of perfection.Last piece of advice, make sure you have all your details in writing, it's just better for both parties. Sometimes things get misunderstood.Take a look and let us know if this kitchen is perfect. It is to us. =)Good luck on your kitchen remodel.read more

We checked out at least 5 cabinet companies and decided to go with Fengfa after talking with Anne. She gave us... confidence that our kitchen renovation will be within quoted budget and time and with high standards. Another reason why we decided with Fengfa was because they have their own staff to design and manufacture the cabinets which brings costs low with exceptional quality control. Her quote is all inclusive so no surprises about adding more drawers, etc. like other competitors. She was very helpful, provided lots of suggestions and even helped us co-ordinate the contractors to disconnect and connect kitchen appliances. We are more than pleased with the end result.read more

This is my 2nd review. We just had our laundry room, mud room and powder room completed. Once again our project moved... quickly and professionally. We’re very happy with the finished product. Superb Customer ServiceI was looking to build additional kitchen cabinets above existing ones, to add height for a... room with high ceilings. Matching colour and style to create a cohesive look was definitely a challenge.FengFa far exceeded my expectations with the final results. Not only was the new addition beautiful, the correspondence was quick and efficient, the turn around time was within two weeks!The entire process was a very pleasant from start to finish. After mistakenly hiring an unprofessional contractor who literally ruined our kitchen cabinets, we went to Fengfa for... new cabinetry and it was by far the best decision I have ever made... in my entire life 🙂 Anne and Song were professional, honest and so nice to deal with. To say the least I was distraught with the way our contractor left our condo -by no means a safe place to raise a nine month old baby. I feel like Anne and Song actually cared for my family and within three weeks of taking our measurements we had the kitchen we dreamed of. Cabinets, countertops, sink - love it all!And since installation the customer service has been as great as day one. I highly recommend Fenga. We'll also be looking to them when we reno our bathrooms.read more

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Fengfa. We decided to rebuild our home - Fengfa was by far one... of the easiest parts of the entire house project. I think one of the key things you get from working with these guys. vs. something like an Ikea is the value and the quality of the design and level of servicing. They helped us throughout the entire process, designing something that works perfectly for our family and over delivered on everything contracted. Aside from the quality of what they deliver, their after service is above and beyond (when building, you can imagine my share of questions/concerns I've dealt with.. ) but with these guys, they really take care of you to ensure you're genuinely happy with their product through and through.Anne, Sung & their entire crew are quick, friendly, and professional.. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone or to re-engage them for any future millwork/storage needs.read more
